WAREHOUSING
Use the InteliTrans warehouse to maintain your entire inventory of finished and unfinished catalogs and applications. Our facilities can hold up to a year’s worth of inventory. A web-based running count will be kept on all stock at no additional charge.
FULFILLMENT
A full-time staff is available year round to collate all literature, either by hand or machine. The work is done on a school by school basis for quality assurance. We can provide full freight services to send completed packets to your recruiting sites.
DATA TRANSFER
Addresses can be sent electronically or via courier. E-mail or FTP is typically the easiest and fastest mode. Electronic submission allows us to sort the addresses by zip code and by country, therefore lowering postage costs.
MAILING
InteliTrans works to determine the most cost-effective manner in which to mail your pieces. First Class Pre-Sort, Bulk Mail, and Non-Profit services are utilized for Domestic mail. First & Third Class discounts for your International pieces can save departments up to 40% off of their current postage rates. Posting dates provided real-time via our website.
